Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders UPS. We are unable to ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries. If you wish to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please contact our Sales Department at (805) 648-6430. The Nest will make every attempt to ship your order within 24-48 hours* on all orders placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next available business day.
*ALL ROASTED COFFEE ORDERS:
All coffee orders placed by Friday will ship the following Wednesday (Holidays excluded). All coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness.
Please check all addresses you enter carefully. UPS will not forward.

 

Return Policy:
We are proud of our products. If for any reason you or your recipient are not satisfied with your purchase, The Nest will replace the product(s) in question or refund your money. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Inspect your product(s) upon receipt. Any refunds or returns for damage or missing items must be placed within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. For quality assurance The Nest will request that UPS pick up the product(s) to be returned.  All product(s) must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
